BLUSHers are Part of the Elite 9

Did you know that only 9% of people ever accomplish their New Years Resolutions?

9%?!

NINE PERCENT!!!

That means 91% never do.

In fact, 23% quit in the first week. 43% quit in the first month. And 91% quit overall.

That’s…pretty bad.

But there are some good reasons. We have a tendency to set overly lofty goals, we tend not to be terribly clear on how and why to get there, we run out of time and motivation, and we tend to overlook our subconscious limiting beliefs that stand between us and our goals.

The good news? We can do better.

Specifically, there are habits that we can adopt that will make us more likely to meet our goals. Habits that tackle the limiting beliefs, that increase our motivation, and that really support our nervous system so that we can achieve our goals.
