Growing up, I had severe insomnia, chronic constipation, and an inability to regulate my body weight.

By the time I was 20, I was taking laxatives daily to be able to poop, I was constantly yoyo dieting, and beyond frazzled.

Throughout my 20s I tried every kind of herb, vitamin, mineral, and practice you could imagine. I went to all kinds of doctors, got acupuncture, got every kind of massage you could think of, and tried so many different modalities of therapy.

On top of the physical manifestations of my dysregulation, I also was suffering mentally and emotionally. I had ADHD, I was super flaky; and worst of all, I had severe anxious attachment.

My relationships were always chaotic. Lots of fighting, breaking up and making up in my romantic relationships. My friendships were a series of burdening, one-sided, and failed relationships too.

All of these experiences have led to me developing expertise around the Nervous System, and how it affects our physical bodies, our emotions, our mental wellbeing, and our lives.

Using the tools and practices in this course, I was able to heal every aspect of my life.

I was able to work through my anxious attachment and become secure. I was able to clear my skin. I was able to drop excess body fat, get defined abs, and the body of my dreams.

I FINALLY became regular in the bathroom without depending on any substances to help me go!

I now sleep well, live a pretty low-stress lifestyle, and have the relationships of my DREAMS; including a partner with whom I have a stable, drama-free, fulfilling relationship.
